DHAKA film festival invites Iranian actors for jury panel

The 15th DHAKA International Film Festival has invited two Iranian actors to join the jury panel of the year’s event.

Iranian director and actor Levon Haftvan and actor Pooyan Tabatabaee are invited to judge the screen works at two main sections of the festival held in Bangladesh. 

Another Iranian actor will be also present at the festival to hold a 10-day filmmaking workshop for the enthusiasts.

The general theme of DHAKA International Film Festival is “Better Film, Better Audience, Better Society.”

The festival has been organized on a regular basis which has been dedicated to the promotion of a healthy cine culture in Bangladesh and in celebrating the global mainstream in film and its social relevance since 1977.

The 15th Dhaka International Film Festival (DIFF) will be held in Dhaka from 12 to 20 January 2017.
